Refund policy and service terms and conditions

Returns and Refunds Policy:

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period of an order is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the moment in which an indicated third party, who is not a courier, takes possession of the supplied product.

In order to exercise this right of cancellation, you must inform us of the decision with a clear statement.

We will send the refund within 30 days of receiving the returned products. We will use the same payment method used for the order and no refund fees will be charged.

Conditions on returns:

To ensure that products are eligible for return, please ensure that:

• The products have been purchased no more than 14 days ago
• The products are in their original packaging
• The products are intact and unopened

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products supplied according to specifications or customization indicated.
• Products supplied that are by nature non-returnable, for example products that deteriorate quickly or have expired.
• Products supplied that are not returnable for hygienic and sanitary reasons, opened after delivery.
• Products supplied which, after delivery, are by nature inseparable from others.

With reference to the cases of exclusion of the withdrawal listed above, the Customer, in particular, is informed and accepts that these include all food products (including wines, spirits and beverages), as the characteristics and qualities of these types of products are subject to alteration also as a result of inappropriate storage. Therefore, for reasons of hygiene and customer protection, the right of withdrawal is applicable only for Products purchased on the Site that can be returned to ACETAIA LA BONISSIMA Srl and put back on the market without endangering the health of consumers (such as books, gadgets, kitchen utensils, etc.).

In cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, ACETAIA LA BONISSIMA Srl will return to the Customer the Products purchased and returned by the Customer, charging him the return costs, or to dispose of them where necessary.

Returned products

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products. You must send the products to us at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for products returned lost or damaged in shipping. Therefore, we suggest using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are unable to provide a refund without having received the products or without proof of shipment of the products.
